Ok how come when I sign online it takes for ever for things to load???
and at other times it is fast?
also why does it log you off for no reason??

Log you off for no reason do you mean AOL???
I dont think that has anything to do with the modem its AOL's problem. They usually do that when there is alot of traffic from people trying to access AOL.

Why it takes long for things to load and sometimes not is basically it depends how much traffic is on that site at the moment.
the less people the faster it is. More people it will take long and you might not get in at all.

iohn, is correct....alot of time's AOL knocks people off at random to make room for others to sign-on.
If you get knocked off alot....the problem lies with your computer. try this to correct the problem :

- goto Start/Programs/Accessories/System Tools/and run "Scandisk"
(alot of times this is where your prolem is)

Also run "Defrag" to tune up your system if you haven't done it in awhile.

Then reboot after your fix all your "Error's"

AOL = America Offline & Almost Online.

Hell, AOL used to and prolly still is a hacker's paradise.
