I totally agree with shooter. I used to live in Oklahoma, in the little town I was in there where buck naked kids running around all summer. No It's not hot just really awkward. I have a daughter and at no time in her little life has she needed to be naked.

Well for a 4 year old it's a bit much, I will give you that. At that age they're old enough to know better I'd think. Younger than that though, it's pretty harmless.

The main problem I had with my kid when she was that age is that she would stand up and walk around the table while eating. Took me a while to break her of that habit, considering kids tend to not listen to me since I am so soft spoken. Thank god she turned out to have great table manners.

As for the parents, if your kid can't sit at a table during dinner, or keep their clothes on while getting ice cream, they need more discipline and structure at home. Don't subject us to their rude behavior if *you* can't control them in public.
