can't stand those fuckers. went to UFC ummm.forgot number (but it was Griffin v. Bonnar 2 and Hughes v. Penn - in Vegas) and half the place was booing as soon as the fighters took a few seconds to size eachother up.

you don't see that shit in Pride....

I agree. I've ordered every UFC fight for the last two years and the booing seems to get worse and worse. The last one was from Vegas and the fans were being serious assholes. I watched the MMA fights on Showtime Saturday night (Mississippi I think) and again alot of booing. The girlfight was great though.

Yeah, I loved how they didn't have any defensive standoffs. It was 3 rounds of intense fighting. I'm definitely a fan of womens MMA if this is what it is like.

That audience was what inspired this thread. They booed almost every fucking fight. I think they wanted to watch an ultimate knockouts clip show.

Well as bad as the booing on Saturday night was, the last UFC fight was much worse. I mean you had two of the best fighters in the world making their UFC debut (Rampage and Cro Crop normally fight with Pride) and the fans were still booing. Unbelievable. Maybe Vegas is just spoiled since they've had UFC fights for so long.

And yes, the lack of defense for women fights is great. I hope they have many more.

It helps that Gina is an eye catcher and she could kick ass or that fight might not have been worth the watch. But yes, love the women MMA fights for the lack of defense and actually decent fucking punches being thrown.
