Its a 500$ fine in MA. From the people on the side of the road with mangled hoods and smashed windows its not being enforced just like the cell phone issues. Exactly. Clean your damn car off. I had to dodge some from a minivan on I287 in Jersey. Had I not hit the brakes, it would have smashed my windsheild.
Monday was the worst. Mommy brought the kids out... I've seen at least ten ice bombs fly off form trucks (mostly) and lazy assholes in the past couple of days, and we didn't even see any real snow/ice.
