but this time, it went in my favor. I argued, fought, and threatened more BBB action if they didn't reimburse me somehow for the xbox live time I lost (2 months), so they finally decided to offer me their shit games. I said no to them (PGR3 or some other crap they offer everyone), and demanded the time back. They said they couldn't still, but offered me Viva Pinata and reasoned that this is a more expensive game and that even if I didn't want it, I could sell it and probably get the equivalent of the time I lost. A couple days later, they called back to see if they could close the case. I stated how I still needed my microsoft points refunded for all the downloaded content I lost, and I was supposed to get a viva pinata in exchange for the time lost. They started arguing with me that I couldn't get it. I more or less told him to go screw, and that someone already took care of it. Today, I noticed an envelope my fiance put on my computer. It was Viva pinata... the one with the metal case. So I went over to my 360 to go play some Rainbow, and then noticed another envelope. It was the regular edition Viva Pinata.:icon_lol: Now I can trade them both in and get a good game for free.:icon_lol:

I would rather swap them out at walmart or some other store for games I want. The new Tony Hawk and EA Hockey games come to mind right off the bat.

And why wouldn't you be recording these conversations? If I ever have a problem and call customer service then it will surely be recorded.

Tell me you have Lost planet, gears of war and oblivion before you stoop to a hockey game? Crackdown also comes out on the 20th. (Comes with a Halo 3 demo)
