MP3 Direct Cut

I downloaded MP3 Direct Cut but I cannot figure out how to do what I want it to.

I want to cut out commercials and cut it into 1 hr blocks from a 5 hour file.

Does anyone use this program and know how to do this? Thanx in advance for your help.

I use it. It is pretty simple. You use the left mouse button to start a selection and when you get to the end of what you want to select, you right click. Once you have something selected, you can either save that selection from the file menu, or hit the delete key on your keyboard to delete it from the main audio file you are editing.
