i used to live with a bunch of guys during college...they weren't my friends, just people i lived with for a short period. So anyway, on friday some guy comes to my door and serves me papers that these assholes are sueing me for utilities and rent, 2 months after I left and my term of the contract ended. So now i have to go to court and deal with bullshit and basically tell the judge that these two assholes are as dumb as bricks and so is their lawyer. I think i should counter sue them for wasting my time in court and legal fees.

If there was a contract that was fulfilled, and not renewed, and you weren't living there, how could they possibly hope to win the case? I think you should definitely countersue the douches.

i went before a judge, basically he was yelling at people who were sueing me, and called their lawyer a 'night school drop-out'....and they are honoring my counter-suit....i'm sueing them for $2,000 for legal time and p&s
