Can some one make a Fire Fox for Dummies Tutorial?

How to set it up, what plug ins you need to use it, how to set it up to play video flash and such. There always people saying don't use IE but none of those Fire Fox Geeks step up to show a NUB how to use it.

go to getfirefox.com and download the install program. Cruise the site for whatever add-ons you want and sound interesting to you. IF you see a little puzzle piece on a website, click it and it autoinstalls the plugin you need. That is pretty much it.

I'd add IE tab to that as well, for those stubborn sites that aren't FF friendly

IE Tab is a must. Others that I like is download status bar, No Script, Tab Mix Plus, Video Downloader, Foxy Tunes, and ForecastFox.

As far as setting it up. Everyone is different. Just mess with it until it suits your needs.

I couldn't find Bugmenot and Google images re-linker in the Mozilla addons. Where did you get them?

I use bugmenot alot,noscript,cookie permissions,and download helper is cool,torrent search toolbar gets used alot as well.

Look for Download helper as well. It is a very good video downloader.

Also, get an extension that does mouse gestures. They rock.

get tab mx pro and turn on its session manager then set it in single window mode.

also colorfull tabs is nice.

Also, I agree with everyone about mouse gestures. I cannot live without them anymore. It started with Opera, and once FF got an extension for it....hooked. For some reason, they stopped working for a session last week, and I almost put my head through my monitor

Thanks for this post. Helped me find Adblock and life is wonderful. I'm on a lot of forums that have fucking commercial adspace that is about 40% of the screen. Thanks to this, nothing.
