Great video of a guy outrunning a cop and then slowing down so the cop can catch up and then repeats the process. It is a long video but the ending is worth it.

That cop musta been fucking pissed. He followed that guy around for more than five minutes just to cause a wreck. This is why the fucking dispatchers need to call these chases off after the guy decides he's gonna run.
