The guy with the toilet paper is named Rory Ratezenburger (Chris Ryder). He locked himself in the bathroom somehow.

The sory goes like this. AJ Gutter (Dave Dickinson) wants to play put-put with Morrison (Dave Morrison), and once Morrison tells AJ that he is going to judge a battle of the bands contest and that the first prize is $500, he takes the band list from Morrison and sabotages the band favorited to win (Johnny Napalm). AJ has a band called the Mandingos which he substitute's for Johnny Napalm. If the Mandingo's win, then AJ get's a cut of their winnings which is $500. Do the Mandingos win? Find out!

I'd go with your first intuition. It's so good. All 24 minutes. Check out the guy who get's thrown into the snow, it's great. Also check out the R&F reference in the beginning and in the snow scene. It gets better as it goes on. Trust me. You'll laugh yourselves into an autistic stimming fit!

Okay, first off, I'm unbannable. There is television gold right in front of you all right here, right now. I'm not saying that this show compares to the Simpsons or Bob Newhart or Carol Burnett or any of those shows, but it's right up there. And I am being serious. Watch it high, watch it drunk or watch it when you're feeling down. The show is a great pick-me-up.


Everyone of us on the show works hard. This is the most popular show in PSTV history. This show is seen in all of the households in the three counties in Northeastern Upstate New York (Clinton, Franklin and Essex). You guys have helped me out in the past, so all I am asking you guys to do is to help out Dave Dickinson, because that kid works real hard at editing and filming this show. I know thar there are people trying to get into this industry and blah blah blah, but I really feel that this show is the cream of the crop for new shows.

And twenty-four minutes isn't that long. Imagine watching this with promos and PSA's. That's twenty-eight minutes right there. It gets funnier by the minute. Trust me!

Ok I gave it another try. The result was the same, didn’t get past the sitting at the desk talking with your pals scene. I may have made it longer but the audio level is bad, it’s hard to hear and hard to understand. I normally don’t have a problem shitting on people who put up "art" like you have, but for some reason I feel like giving you a break. Go back and storyboard this, get a script that has some flow to it and fix the audio. Also didn’t you throw out an YMB to go to FBA?

i can appreciate how hard you guys work on this, i know youre not in a sound stage and all that but give it a little more work before you promote it.

Well, first off. I appreciate you guys checking out the show again. I know that some of the audio and storylines are a little crude, but they haven't failed the show yet. I think that when you have a limited budget for a show that is student run, you are going to have problems. I mean, we're not filming a show with a major budget. There were lots of things that we wanted to do in B-Town that we weren't able to do, b/c of last minute script changes and a limited budget and time. I'm not going to say that I was happy with the last minute script changes, but I also have to remember that this is a semi-improv show. Sometimes things change in the last minute, but I think that we're all happy with the way that this new episode turned out and we'll be posting them pretty soon online. Thanks again for your support and checking out the AJ and Rory Show.

Haven't failed the show yet? Have they been a success? Be honest, you can't get any of us to watch the entire show.

I get the $ problem, but you must do something with the audio.

I didn't think there was a script, I did get the idea that you had a direction you wanted to go, but the three or four min I saw all seemed like improv.

It is a crude storyline, but we have people who have watched this show from start to finish, and I'm not just talking about a few of our friends and family members, but other viewers as well. This show is seen in not only Northeastern New York (Clinton, Franklin and Essex Counties) but also Chitteten and Grand Isle Counties in Vermont. This show is also seen in the Eastern Townships of Quebec and even in Montreal.


The audio will be worked on a bit. Trust me. I'll talk to Dave about it. I'm sure that he agrees that the audio portion can be edited.


As far as the improv is concerned, the premise is semi-improvisational and the story involves the misadventures of roomates AJ Gutter and Rory Ratzenburger.

But, I'm glad that you guys gave the show somewhat of a chance and don't tap out on me now. There are more episodes that will be coming your way with more O&A and R&F references in the show.

I went from lurking to posting just to let it be known.. this is fucking awful! These guys have visions of O & A loving their public access show? Maybe these guys will be on the air tomorrow.. or invited in studio. The guys will play your barely audible clips on free FM and go to Sidekick Dave for comment. ...My father finally saw the AJ and Rory show over the weekend. He saw it and he said that it was kinda wacky. He didn't think that it was mainstream enough for television. I said "Dad, we're going against the mold of regular television." He usually is pretty good at supporting me, but I guess that I was shocked this time.

dude, your show needs a lot of work, of course your dads not going to tell you that. I know you have a budget, but a show like that doesnt need a lot of money. check this out, these two shows were picked up by mtv2 -

they had the use of the mtv editting studios so of course the quality is good but you can tell why mtv picked up the pilots, which were probably filmed and editted using rented community television equipment
