Alien Hominid HD on XBOX 360 Arcade

Just wanted to let everyone know Alien Hominid HD is now available for download for 800 points on XBOX 360 Arcade. I was wondering if anyone has tried it out and what they think? My brother developed this game with a handful of people and they'd appreciate any support. They are trying to pave the way for the little guy to be able to produce and launch video games to the mass market.

Well I haven't played it on 360 Arcade, but I did play the Gamecube port and I can tell you that I think everyone who's remotely a 2D shooter fan should check out Alien Hominid.

It's one of my favourite side scrolling shooters and one of my favourite Gamecube games.

As a developer, I admire the game's design and its challenge. Alien Hominid stands as a testament to what has culminated from 30+ years of cartoon violence, videogames, and internet culture. Plus the game is damned funny.

So bravo to your brother and his team.

is that really wade? wow. you and tom have have been my heros ever since "assasins" was separate from the newgrounds site. this was back in 98, and i doubt newgrounds the site was even in existence. i bought the game on xbox live and ive had a lot of fun so far. keep up the good work

Yup, this is really Wade. I've been lurking around Wackbag for years, trying to get more active. I recently got a mention on the show when I sent Steve C my findings on the infamous Harry Potter nude photo, showing it was a fake. :) Steve just said "One of the guys from Newgrounds" which is fine with me, since I don't need them saying "Wade Fulp analyzed the Harry Potter Nude photo" haha. No homo.
