I'll be finishing up Crackdown Single Player this weekend after which I might replay Independence War 2: Edge of Chaos. I've had a craving to play a decent space sim lately and this is probably the last best one to come out.

I'll also probably try to play the AI on easy setting in C&C3 demo. I'm sure I'll get smashed once again. I swear a 9 yr old could beat me. :icon_mad:

I'll be playing tons of Gears of War online. I'll throw in some some G.R.A.W. for practice for the upcoming sequel. And I can't go without some PGR3 online (although I catch shit when I set up a race with in car view and manual tranmission only).

Speaking of racing...anyone invested in a wireless racing wheel for the 360 yet?

EQ2, maybe Galaxies since the Entertainer/Trader update is actually pretty nice.

On the 360, my usual Gears at night and Oblivion/Enchanted Arms if I'm in the mood for an RPG. Otherwise, Madden or EA March Madness 07.

hahah I gave up on galaxies fuckin 2+ years ago, before the revamped the jedi quests.

I was so into the game from release to about a year in... did the imperial theme park like 4 times.

I'm on the last case of Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney. I just picked up Hotel Dusk Room 215 yesterday so I'm going to try that out next.

I'm going to try to get some more platinum medals in Wii Sports' practice games and finally download Streets of Rage on Wii Virtual Console.

Maybe a few hours of BF2 Point of Existence 2 while listening to the weekend replays.

It's going to be a Kung Fu fighting weekend for me. Virtua Fighter 5 and Tekken 5: DR (finally available for download) for the PS3. And I'm sure I'll throw in a few sessions of Resistance, flOw and Tiger Woods in the mix as well.

Picked up Guitar Hero used, couldn't wait anymore for the 360 version. I'll just trade it in again when the 360 one ships.

It's fun, of course, but the songs aren't nearly as good as in the first one.

Elite Beat Agents - just got it Thursday and holy Christ, this game is addicting and hilarious. I almost had to call "no homo" after I got a perfect score on "YMCA."

Eh, Meredith plays it more than I do. I'd be happier just sticking with EQ2, but I might as well play if I'm paying 30 a month for both of 'em.

Plus I've been on Galaxies since launch anyway, and I'm not fond of cutting loose a game unless something uber-catastrophic happens...and I mean something on the scale of what killed Ultima Online.

my wife is a button masher when it comes to fighting games. in tekken tag she always plays nina and somehow beats the piss out of me. i downloaded tekken 5: dark ressurection and my wife saw me playing....so she grabs the other controller and says "let's play" she hasn't played tekken tag or killer instinct gold or any of her other favorites in years but she beat the absolute piss outta me yet again simply by button mashing. YECH!!!!!!

I really hated when they revamped every combat job... I used to use rifleman and pistoleer... I was deadly with a t21 (?) but I was happy that commando got revamped, because flamethrower and rocket launcher used to kill anybody/anything in a few shots.

The minute everyone was a jedi it went downhill.. I used to love pvp but when you have an imperial camp and 30 jedis come in you are fucked no matter how good your skills were.

I sometimes miss galaxies but fuck it... fun while it lasted

play some marvel vs capcom 2, my girlfriend tries to button mash, and gets the complete shit kicked out of her hah, thats a great game u cant button mash in

Haha, Tekken is definitely much more friendly for the casual button mashing players. So many of the high-damage attacks (including those fucking mid-air juggle combos) are fairly easy to execute -- especially after comparing it to VF5. But it's still fun shit regardless. Some of those Tekken attack animations are amazing to watch.

Looking forward to some Wackbag sessions of Mortal Kombat II when it's released for download later this month. ;)

My wife used to Pawn me on DOA back in the Dreamcast days with her stupid button mashing technic.

I just picked up MLB2K7, so I'll be checking that out and also gotta have some Resistance.

Shit, I can't remember any of the MKII movesets anymore, it's been so long since I've played a MK game. And with 3 different PS3 fighting games coming out so close to each other, I'm afraid I'll probably get all my moves mixed up from one game to the next.

Yeah. I remember exactly what you're talking about. I miss the pre-NGE state of things, but the way the game was coded at launch kinda posed problems for the updates. The dopes didn't leave ample room for easy modification, hence the nerfing and bad rebalancing. With the NGE, it almost feels like they rebuilt the game, so the updates and modifications'll be easier to code into the game. They're slowly bringing the Creature Handlers and Bio-Engineers back into the game...now they just need to debug.

They stink. Meredith's just happy as long as her Sith gets a lightsaber.
