What is the etiquette with regards to multiple new threads? I have afew drinks... I get (what I thinks is) creative and start a couple of threads. Tonight I got the following PM:

What are you trying to accomplish by starting multiple new threads? Are you looking to cause trouble or is it something else?

Please advise...As I am not getting a responce from the staff member that pm'ed me and took off all the threads.

I think drunk threads are funny just for the fact they are so retarded atleast most of mine are.. I love cringing in the morning and trying to figure out WTF my point was.

We all go through times we post like banshees and times we dont . Just get a lil more time under your belt kid.

Long time members sometimes get the benefit of the doubt that they are not trolls here just to start trouble, but it by no means gives anyone license to take liberties with the rules.

To answer the initial question, a thread should only be started if you have a legitimate topic and it hasn't been covered in another current thread. A legitimate topic being one that is coherent and lends itself to some type of discussion. This usually isn't the case if you are either drunk or a comic from Buffalo.
