what did I learn?? easy. Flargrant use of this.. you call 'humor' or 'sarcasm' must be stopped at all costs, since it is a direct liability to overall company morale. If said sublect had not terminated himself in such a manner, he would have needed substantial training and correction; and several one on one visits from our corporate OBGYN.

Chances are that he was rather succesful in tasks at hand, however this 'personality' cannot be tolerated in any way shape or form. This breeds creativity and the need to treat our units as human - also a liability due to the need to respect and understand the units' thoughts.
