Well, a little research seems to just cloud the issue more. I was assuming the crime was doing something to the animal, and if the animal does so voluntarily, there's no crime committed. Here's what I found.

A.R.S. § 13-1411. Crime against nature; classification.
A person who knowingly and without force commits the infamous crime against nature with an adult is guilty of a class 3 misdemeanor.


California: Not a crime? (good song by gogol bordello, as well)

Any person who sexually assaults any animal protected by Section 597f for the purpose of arousing or gratifying the sexual desire of the person is guilty of a misdemeanor.



Oregon: (prior to the horsey snuff film, I assume) not a crime
167.333 Sexual assault of animal
(1) A person commits the crime of sexual assault of an animal if the person touches or contacts, or causes an object or another person to touch or contact, the mouth, anus or sex organs of an animal for the purpose of arousing or gratifying the sexual desire of a person.
(2) Sexual assault of an animal is a Class A misdemeanor. [2001 c.926 §5b]



So, in conclusion, I bring nothing to the table.
