Where is the best (ie, least crowded/fewest amatures) place to watch the parade?

As to what bar, every irish bar is going to be packed. Take your pick. :)

If you're going to drive don't drink. If you're not up to getting home at the blazing speed of about 3 miles an hour, watch it on T.V. Smiths bar on 44th and 8th is fun. It's away from the parade so less tourists. Also, good food.

Mikeybot...parade starts at 44th & 5th, and goes north up 5th to 86th.

Fucking Philly had their parade yesterday. That pisses me off. I already have the day planned for a Philly trip this Saturday. Oh well.
