If I didn't say it so much myself, I probably would have noticed myself.

What was the implication of Marky Mark killing Sullivan? Was he on the take, or was he just getting revenge?

There was also another angle that possibly he got the note from the gf, or there was an implication with the old bitch with the dog in the hall that he may have been exposed publically.

I should also clarify that his career was shutdown by sullivan, so it could possibly have been personal revenge

Well, I think he is using a classic literary trick
By not clarifying why He shot him he can leave the reason up to the viewer...Was it b/c he was on the take and was closing loose ends? Was it reveng? Did he get the note?

You notice they never again mentioned the note..I was thinking that that scene made it to the cutting room floor and a directors cut will reveal the truth

I too never realized how many times they said fuck in that movie...Which is a testament to how good the movie was, and how natural it is to use the word fuck in the real world.

maybe ive seen boondock saints too many times, but, does that bar in the first 20 seconds or so look almost the same as "mcginty's" where they fought with the russians?
