Quick question for anyone who's entered: Did you get an automated email confirming the entry this time? I didn't get one so was a bit curious, last time I entered one of these contests (think it was the 30 second commercial thing, but last summer) I got one.

I was wondering wtf you were talking about and then saw this in the contest rules: " All five (5) potential winners will be notified via phone on Friday, March 16, 2007. If the potential winners cannot be contacted on March 16, 2007 by 4:00 pm, alternate potential winners will be selected at the sole discretion of Opie and Anthony. Beginning on Monday, March 19, 2007 and continuing through Friday, March 23, 2007, between 6:00 am ET and 9:00 am ET each day, Opie and Anthony will announce one (1) potential winner per day and play their karaoke pieces on-air. Announcements of potential winners will be random."

Hmm, weird. In past karaokes, it always sounded like they were picking them on the spot as they listened to 'em.

I wouldn't give up quite yet, I think I remember past winners of other contests like this not knowing until it was announced on air, even with that same "winners will be called" thing in the rules.
