Where do you generally go for your groceries? Walddddbbbbaums? Kkkking Kulllen?

I'm more of a Whole Foods/Treasure Island (it's not as gay as it sounds) type, occasionally Trader Joe's but that's more out of the way. If I'm not feeling Richy McFancyPants I'll go to a Jewel.

I'm really asking this mostly to see how many people prefer going to those speciality/ritazy stores and how many prefer regular places.

Shop rite here in Jersey. I just got back from the one that's 2 minutes from my house about 5 minutes ago. I even worked there for 3 and half years when I was in high school.

They're building a stop and shop, though, and it won't be a dirty awful place like the shop rite is, so SR is going to lose business.

At school there's a stop and shop, but I'm too lazy to drive over and actually shop, so I walk down the street to the C-TOWN and pick up some stuff. It's awesome.

Usually either Pathmark or Stop & Shop. King Kullen is closer, but they're notorious for being insanely expensive.

Giant Food, there is nothing better. Of course, I moved away from a close Giant Food.

I have to shop at Farm Fresh or Ukrops now. Fuck Ukrops. I like Fresh Market too.

Publix.

It's a southern branch.

Food World when I'm in Birmingham, since the closing of Winn-Dixie. :(

A&P. It's close and clean.

There's a Shop-Rite about 2 miles from here, but it's dark and dirty.

A&P costs more, but I like to at least get the impression that my grocery store is clean since I'm buying my FOOD there.

Publix for the off the wall shit and when I don't want to deal with long lines. Wal-Mart for the more generic late night shopping.

There's a pair of big A&P Fresh Markets that I prefer to go to but aren't that close, otherwise its:
Big stuff from Sam's Club.
A tiny IGA down the road for last minute things, though it basically keeps banker's hours and has a smaller selection than many convience stores I've seen.
And a small Food Emporium farther up the road when the IGA is closed.

Walmart usually...i go to the super center about once a month and stock up. WM is way cheaper than any of the food stores....cereal for example is almost half the price.

The only thing i dont buy from walmart is milk and meat

A&P unfortunately but they are kind of expensive and hardly replenish/have shit in stock and it's kind of annoying. I go to shop rite sometimes and i like it better...just further away.

Wallllllllllllllllllllllldbaums or Pathmark.

In Oklahoma, it was either Walmart or Super Target (or Albertson's when I needed special fancy food).

Mostly I'll hit Shopper's Food Warehouse.

Fun fact: the SFW that I shop at is directly adjacent to the Home Depot where Lee Malvo killed a woman during the Beltway sniping murders.

Kroger for me most of the time. I do business with them and I'm in 10-12 stores a day. Meijer or Giant Eagle occasionally as well, they're close to my house.
