I hear he mentioned he'd like a Pest turnout. I'm figuring this is in NYC, sometime next month (have to listen to the show replay).

So the question is:

Are you in?

While we're on the subject...

Is there anybody... ANYBODY... who even slightly agrees with the current divorce laws?

Is there anybody out there who will even try to defend what is being done to Ant? A lawyer... a judge... a women's rights advocate... a gold digging cunt? Anybody? Is there anybody who will take Ant's ex-cunt's side?

How can this system exist? A system which basically brands women as useless, helpless creatures who are dependent on men for their very survival... and the feminists say nothing?

I can't imagine but two types who would even try to defend the current divorce laws situation...

1. Money-grubbing lawyers.

2. Useless cunts.

Am I wrong?

I used to live in Ohio and I disagree with their laws. The current boyfriend of my fiance's cousin had his wife cheat ON HIM and he had to pay her alimony because under Ohio law the man pays alimony. Nothing is stated in the books about the cause of the divorce. So Ohio is basically saying, no matter what happens, it's always the mans fault in a divorce.

The ex is claiming he falsified his earnings statements/potentials so he didn't have to pay her as much.

And the outraged feminist groups are where?

They may as just call the divorce laws, "The helpless female burden on male society law".

You know... the same women who will lose their minds if you dare to call them "the weaker sex", will merrily skip out of a courtroom with a big smile on their faces after winning a divorce settlement based solely on the fact that the legal system considers them a pathetic, defenseless creature who is completely dependent upon a man for their very survival. Then they will walk into a bank wearing a Girl Power! T-shirt, and with their strong, proud, independent heads held high, they will cash their support checks without so much as a hint of ironic shame. Then they'll go to lunch with all of their other divorcee yenta friends, who are themselves burdens on male society, and they'll discuss how confident and empowered they feel now that they're, "...on their own."

Exactly, and I love how nobody can question why women can have their own all women's clubs yet places like Augusta and all men's school's repeatedly come under attack as "sexist" institutions. I'm actually shocked nobody has come after the Mason's for being an all male society.

Wow, I didn't hear today's show yet but I've been following Ant's Divorce since the WNEW days. If Ant wants the Pests there I would love to go see that. I think the court date would probably be held in Nassau County (Mineola?) instead of NYC because I think they lived in Nassau and Dominick Barbara's law offices are in Nassau as well. Anyhoo, if this goes off, count me in.

Ant knows what he's doing, I mean he is the professor after all. We probably won't see him posting around here so the bitches lawyers can't dig up any ammunition against him. It sounds like Ant has a really solid case from what I heard this morning to counter her so hopefully he'll have his quick day in court and be done with this hole.

I saw a show on TLC about a week ago...they now let women in.

And I'm on Ant's side. If she can't figure out how to live on part of the alimony and invest the rest (even in a low interest savings account) then it sucks to be her. She had all this time to go to school for something, *anything* and I assume she hasn't. I hope Anthony fights this one to the end. It sounded like he was too generous at one time, and I hope that it quashes any case she thinks she has.

Some lodges do. Those lodges are affiliated with the Grand Orient, which is the French side of Masonry. There are very few, if any Grand Orient lodges left in America. Most American lodges follow the United Grand Lodge of England which states no women what so ever.

Am I wrong?

the laws are fine, they favor the person who maintained the household and makes less money. I dont really agree with it unless there are kids involved or the person was asked not to continue working. Basically, you can get divorced by yourself and do well, but usually people get divorced because they hate their spouse, which makes it hard to settle without the help of money grubbing lawyers. then if you take it to trial its quite probable you will encounter a cunt judge who has a thing against men or sometimes even a judge with a grudge against gold-digging cunts. the thing about judges is that they are also people and base a lot on the personalities of the husbands and wives.

No we don't. Any real masonic lodge could never do any such thing, though it's possible that a masonic lodge could have an affiliate organization that admits women, such as Eastern Star. If a masonic lodge admits women, it would, to borrow and bastardize a term from the Catholic church, be excommunicated and cut off from other lodges. Shit, the Grand Lodge of England won't even have anything to do with you if you are engaged in quasi-masonic activities such as the Shriners and Eastern Star

I would venture to say that those lodges are not recognized as being masonic by mainstream freemasony. Certainly, neither the Grand Lodges or England, Ireland and Scotland (of which I'm a member) would, much in the same way as Prince Hall Lodges weren't recognized for a long time (but for different reasons).

Loki, they were most likely talking about the Grand Orient de France as I said in a previous post. The Grand Orient permits women to be members of their lodge whereas the UGLE does not. I'm guessing this is what they were referring to.

No, there is no regularity between Grand Orient lodges and American Grand lodges and the lodges of the UGLE. True on the Prince Hall however I do believe that now they have regularity with American Grand Lodges and UGLE correct?

TV programming for men shows women as idealized objects of desire.

Also, is anyone familiar with the Dixie Chicks' video for "Goodbye Earl?" Imagine the outcry if a male band/artist made a video celebrating the murder of a terrible wife...

I think most of the US Grand Lodges recognize them, though I'm no expert, and the Irish and Scottish Grand Lodges have recognised them for quite some time. I think that the English Grand Lodge has only done so in the last decade, though.

IMHO this cunt’s problem was that she though it was called The Opie & Anthony & Jennifer Show. She was enjoying her ride on the O&A express until Conductor Anthony pulled the train to a stop and kicked her off. There she was standing on the side looking at the train pull away without her.

Now at this point in the drama she’s not after money even though it’ll benefit her to no end, she’s out for revenge. The more she can still grate on Ant’s nerves the happier it’ll make her worthless life. The bloated one is along for another payday and for some approval from his girlfriend Howard.

I’m just hoping that pictures will be posted. I’m dying to see the effects the alcohol has taken on this drunken sot in the last seven years.

It sounds to me as if this woman is spoiled rotten and used to a a certain lifestyle, and doesn't want it to end because she is enjoying the financial frivolities and whims this money brings to her. I hope to God she LOSES this one. She needs to stop taking advantage now. She is NOT disabled, she DOESN'T have a kid to support, and she CAN work. The marriage has been over for years, Anthony has already fulfilled his obligation and it's DONE. Now she has to GO and learn what it's like to live in the REAL world and live on her OWN money by finding employment like any adult and stop with the nonsense. LADY, time to move on; the gravy train is out of service and you will have to find another means to get around your money issue,, whether it is sweeping the street, working in an office, etc...I am sure she is perfectly able to look for a job and make her money the OLD FASHION way: EARN it!

I hope the judge says "Watch out for the closing doors... of JUSTICE" when she tries to say something.
And then Anthony's lawyer goes "Well for 7 years you took the express train to financial freedom, but let me tell you, this train is nearing it's terminal, and it DOES NOT MAKE LOCAL STOPS"
And then her lawyer will say "Can we get this case back on track?" not knowing the hilarious verbal snafu he has just made

I'm willing to bet that when the bbboys signed the Free FM deal fat ass Dominic went to the ex and told her that she could get more loot. He saw this as a way to charge more of his exorbenat fees along with making Hoo Hoo happy. Hopefully Ant can hire a good team of his own and counter sue their ass. On the subject of going to court on the 12th, I think it is a bad idea. The fat fuck will say Ant is trying bullying tactics and such.

This douche seems likes no match for Anthony with a microphone.

In Canada it doesn't matter if you're married. You are committed to each other after living together for 6 months. Not that it bothers me; I'm married since 95 met her in 87.

Maybe we can chain ourselves together, in protest to Anthony's EX wife fucking with our favorite radio pals, like seems to be the trend lately in both of our countries.

Not to dampen the mood....but,

Anthony said it would be at 60 Centre Street (which is Federal court - that's why it's not going to be in Nassau County.)

1) I've been in the courthouse at 60 Centre Street (most recently on March 4th). The courthouse is beautiful, but most courtrooms are very, very small. Most of them can hold no more than 25-30 spectators. So we'd have to wait outside the building or in the center lobby.
** FYI - 60 centre street is the courthouse at the end of the original Godfather

2) Theoretically, we'd be allowed in to watch until the room is full. However, the judge can then choose to ban people from the courtroom at his or her discretion - esp with a case like this.

3) It would definitely not help Anthony's cause to have us there. Any reasonable judge would think that Anthony wasn't taking the hearing seriously by bringing a crowd - definitely wouldn't help his credibility. How many celebrities do you see having fans show up at court appearances?

4) Finally, the area is high security in general. Esp after 9/11. The sidestreet next to the building is actually closed off from traffic because of potential security threats. I don't think the court officers or local PD would take kindly to a group of pests chanting "goddamn rich cunt."

That being said.... I'd love to go down and see this......

Its been a long time, has she not met anyone else? Do you get out of it in NY if she moves in with someone else? What a cunt. on a different note im not a lawyer but I too am divorced. If the lawyers had ask the judge to say ".................." lawyers help me out here. to make it so the case is closed.
divorce cases that go to trial are never really closed, the judge can throw out this appeal but she can always appeal again(while racking up legal fees; you would not believe the things lawyers tell their clients to say to wear down the primary income) although I think you're only allowed a certain amount of appeals
.... in other words all i had to do was show she was in contempt during that year and no court no judge bye bye u go to jail now! :haha7: :haha7: :haha7:

Wow, this is the first that I've heard of the new court date. Its unbelievable that alimony exists in general. Why should one person be sentenced to support another? The only way I can see it being logical is if someone gave up their career to have kids or if a woman helped her husband through medical school or something. Anthony made it in radio DESPITE her not BECAUSE of her. He has paid her for years already and she wants more? Fuck that bitch!!!

Yeah, Common Law marriage. I think it applies in PA, and I know it does in VA, but it's a state-by-state thing, and each state does it different. In VA, for instance, a buddy of mine and his girlfriend rented a 2-bedroom apartment and had a twin bed in the spare bedroom. They eventually got married, but officially living together in a 1 bedroom apartment (both getting mail and bills there, etc.) meant they would have been declared married after a year or some such.

Wrong sir. As a paralegal who works in Manhattan and makes a daily trip to file legal paperwork in this very courthouse, your information is inaccurate.

1) 60 Centre Street is a STATE court, not a Federal Court. The Federal Court is located at 500 Pearl Street which is around the corner in a more modernized, taller building.

2) As long as us pests are quiet and respect the rules of the court, everyone will be allowed in depending on space constraints. Neither the bailiff, court reporter, clerk, or judge's secretary will know who the plaintiff or defendant are. They'll surely be surprised by the unexpected turnout.

3) Judging by the location of the hearing, it is safe to assume that Ant's cunt ex-wife lives in Manhattan. The venue is almost always determined by where the plaintiff currently resides. If Ant's cunt ex-wife lived in Brooklyn, the venue would be Kings County. If she lived in the Bronx, Bronx County, etc.

4) The court's doors are open to the public at 9 A.M. Everyone must pass through a metal detector. Although they used to strictly prohibit cell phones with built in cameras, they've become more lax enforcing this rule.

5) Security is relatively average. You may not disturb the proceedings within the courtroom, however, feel free to say our favorite Jeff Goldblum line as Jen Cunt is coming down the steps with her fat, audible breathing attorney. What we'd be doing OUTSIDE the court is no different than what the press does to high profile individuals. As long as no one is actually harassing anyone, we in essence, become the press.

Basically you idiots, it comes down to this: Inside the building: Reverence
Outside on the steps: Utter Contempt

In NY state there is no common law anymore. There's also no alimony- in name only apparantly. Whether or not support payments change if one or both of the parties involved marry is up to each individual settlement. You have to negotiate those things.

Instead, Jennifer's "standard of living" is based upon things that happened after she was no longer sharing the marital home with Anthony. How in the hell is this fair?

There's a lot of anger about this here (and believe me I feel it too, as a guy and as a fan of Anthony), but really emotion, anger and fault aren't going to play much of a factor in what actually goes on with this. NY doesn't assign fault in divorce. Once you have grounds, it's pretty much a cut-and-dried division of assets and stuff.

As I understand things, she's contesting the amount of money he gave her, saying it should have been more. Essentially this is accusing Anthony of being in contempt of a Court order (divorce agreements become Court orders when they are finalized). They will do an audit of Anthony's earnings since their divorce went into effect and if it comes out that he didn't pay enough, he will be liable for it. Also, it's pretty standard in divorce agreements to put in a provision that should someone breach the terms, they are liable for the attorney's fees of the non-breaching party.

If Anthony did what he was supposed to according to the agreement, he has nothing to worry about. He probably won't be able to recover anything extra he paid though.

on a different note im not a lawyer but I too am divorced. If the lawyers had ask the judge to say ".................." lawyers help me out here. to make it so the case is closed. she dont have shit to go on. unless she is just claiming that she aint getting the right % (im assuming) thats what is paid to her instead of a set amount. And when she finds out she is getting exactly what she is "entitled too" (bs) she will be thrown on her ass. unless our super hero anthony pulls the move i did, which ended all the (bs) with my x. AND COUNTER SUE FOR oh a list of things... Contempt was the one that put my x in shit for a 1 year suspened sentence .... in other words all i had to do was show she was in contempt during that year and no court no judge bye bye u go to jail now!

Dead on, as far as her not having a leg to stand on if Anthony paid what he's supposed to have paid goes. I'm going to ask one of my senior attorneys if Anthony will be able to counter-sue her for contempt, especially if he can show that she knew damn well he paid what he's supposed to and is just filing a suit to break balls.

Ant's got enough money for a good lawyer this time around. I can't wait to see him stick it to her. This is almost worth the drive from the great white north to NY to see this.

I sure hope Ant doesnt regret saying it because I think people are def goign to show up. If the judge kicks us out Im sitting at the table with Ant and his lawyer. Train tickets are expensive and im getting getting my moneys worth. Then if the judge says order in the court ill do the old grilled chesse sandwich joke and gain his favor.

I'm amazed at the outdated mess known as divorce court. I understand the need for child support and alimony to some extent, but how can this particular case be justified to ANY judge?

As much as i LOVE anthony's divorce/ex stories i find myself wanting to bite this cunt's face with rage at how she is trying to fuck him over. Its just disgusting to see what a lack of self-respect this whore has for herself... i hope she dies from a blood transfusion from an AIDS infected relative.

Pests at a court appearance?

Oh yeah I LOVE this idea...

But seriously, being a typical NYC court proceeding, anyone will be able to watch, as long as they go through security.

I wanna go as a show of support for Anthony during this time. He's been a good guy paying the alimony on time and everything. However, this bitch sees the gravy train coming to an end so she says that he's not paying enough in order for poor ole Ant to end up paying longer to make up the difference.
So I am going to make a declaration. Besides being an O&A fan, if you ever been screwed over in a divorce or just screwed over by a lady,(or guy for all those female wackbaggers!), you should make the effort to come out and support Anthony. I know the boys would appreciate it!

In NY state there is no common law anymore. There's also no alimony- in name only apparantly. Whether or not support payments change if one or both of the parties involved marry is up to each individual settlement. You have to negotiate those things.
I have no idea why the court is in NYC. It has nothing to do with where anyone lives/lived.

That's an intersting point, if neither party is living in NYC, the NYC courts would retain jurisidiction if it handled the original proceeding. But I believe either party could move for a change of venue to a county of their residence. But what do I know..

I think for all this money Ant should be allowed to break her knees or something.

On the other hand, I don't see this as simply a man/woman issue. I see this as a situation where some worthless lazy fuck tries to lay their hands on someone else's hard earned money just beacause they had been fucking for a while.

Look at Britney Spears and her useless, piece of garbage, good for nothing , talentless husband. He tries to take her money now!

I think it is (or has been) mostly women against men issue because we usually do make much more money. When things are the other way around you sure willfind some man-cunt to take advantage the same way women do. Now that is payback on communal level.

I live near the ex in Huntington. She seems nice enough but she is certanily weired. I see her in one of the bars in town. She is very loud. When she drinks she gets louder and louder. She starts this cackling laugh and its so loud you cant hear yourself think. She walks around town with groceries bags in her hand all day and then goes to the bar. Then she walks home. She doesnt drive. Which is odd for someone living on Long Island. She hangs around with her brother all the time which is kind of odd too. They live together. He doesnt talk much but when he does its very hard to understand what he is saying. Im not sure if thats because of drinking or if there is really something wrong with him. He doesnt drive either. She has really really really long nails and she dresses like its 1989. I dont think what she is doing to Ant is right. She doesnt work. She doesnt even try to work from what I hear. Most of her day is spent at the bar. What she should have done is gotten some sort of skill during this time so when the money stops she could do something. But she didnt. Not very good planning on her part. I think she is going to be in for a rude awakening.

I have no idea why the court is in NYC. It has nothing to do with where anyone lives/lived.

The original case was at that same court house, wasn't it? Even though they settled out of court, the settlement had to be approved by a court, didn't it? If both of those suppositions are true, that would explain why it will be at that court.

However, I don't know why it was in that court in the first place.

I hope Ant gets taken to the cleaners. The divorce was his fault. How could he not scoop the litter box or take out the garbage before going to work? Stuff like that is inexcusable.

... she walks home. She doesnt drive. Which is odd for someone living on Long Island.

Probably not driving on her lawyer's advice, so she civily sued if she hit somebody drunk driving.

Or she never drove at all. Anthony's stories of the ex-wife seem to involve him driving either the ex or the ex's mother around.

My lil kitty named Scooter thinks your a dick.

I hope you sociopaths do something really disgusting to Dom Barbera and the "black hole of Calcunta". If No Filter Paul manages to get busted for exercising his First Amendment rights I will toss a $50 in for his defense/bail fund.

Victories for guys do happen in court. I managed to beat my ex-wife out of an additional $500 being added to my child support per month for these last two years I have to pay. The goofy cunt lied about her income, then went to court and lied to the judge....about two minutes later my lawyer presented evidence that she was a liar and had purposely perjured herself in order to recieve a larger child support check. The judge got pissed off, and gave her 10 days in jail (suspended) for it, and then promptly raised my child support to $495, when the fat cunt thought she was getting almost $1000 per month. She was so stupid she brought pictures of my new house, my Chevy Avalanche and my race car to court to "PROVE" her case. Only for the judge to look at my financials and say "and his credit score is 795, and his wife makes a six figure salary"

Ant, you have already beat her at being a better person and making something of your life. Be happy that you will always be a winner, and she is just a pathetic drunk that lives from alimony check to alimony check.

The same goes for NY, which has what I've heard are the worst (for the male) divorce laws in the country. My best friend just got divorced, and for 9 years, he did 90% of the parenting (going to scout meetings, cooking for them after he got home from work, helping with homework) while she sat on her ass and/or went out. He caught her cheating with undisputible evidence (photos and emails) as well as voicemails she left for him admitting her mistakes, and he ended up on the short end of the stick. He not only have to pay her child support even though he has the child 5 days a week, but he also has to pay the cunt alimony even though he proved that she was at fault, with her even admitting it.

Either keep the bitch, or dig a hole in the woods and have a hell of an alibi.....thats the only way.
