They're pulling it for political correctness, too.

It seems like BBC America is getting an overhaul. They're dumping any show more than 10 years old, and piling on the more modern edgier stuff. I just hope they get rid of Cash in the Attic and all that sort of horseshit.

BBC America just ran an all day marathon on April Fools day. It had a special from 1991 called "Benny Hill in New York". He tried to rap, and all of his "New Yorker" characters still had British accents.

What a bunch of cunts.

Of course, it's a fucking AMERICAN telling them to do this.

Let the BBC run themselves, and let us watch a man of an unsure sexual orientation chase after chicks in fast motion.

They really ought to have a BBCA2. That's how these things are dealt with in the UK. :)

I hate soaps, but there are some hot chicks in Hollyoaks. Unfortunately, BBCA probably won't get the hottest eps and hotter spinoffs.

Of course they are.

This nonsense aside, can anyone give a recommendation on whether BBCA is worth getting? I have different tier packages on my digital cable, and I'm currently getting one tier that has a bunch of channels that I pretty much NEVER watch, and for the same price I could dump it and pick up a tier package that has BBCA (amongst other channels). I'm wondering if it's worth it. I want to see the new Robin Hood show, plus whatever Gordon Ramsey shows they have where he's just screaming and humiliating people.

It all depends. BBCA is getting ready to completely change their lineup. So what you see now might be gone in another 2 months.

Just asking because I have no idea, but is Benny Hill still alive?

I know most of his shows shown in the U.S. are reruns from syndication, and I don't really keep up with Mr. Hill these days.
