NJ Teacher Accused of Sex With 13-Year-Old Boy - Tracy Booth, Newark Boys Chorus School

It happened again! This time it was a 31-year-old English teacher at the prestigious Newark Boys Chorus School who is accused of illegal sex acts with a 13-year-old boy at her home and at a motel. "A [Division of Youth and Family Services] worker received an anonymous call regarding this possibility. The DYFS worker immediately contacted the Newark Police Special Victims Unit, who jumped on top of this right away," Essex County Prosecutor Paula Dow told CBS 2.
Prosecutors say Booth, a Morris County resident, taught the boy for at least two years. They say the pair's relationship went far beyond the classroom and believe Booth even rented a room at a local Comfort Suites to spend more time alone with the boy.
