here's the quote:

And here's a little news: Lucas tells me he will make two more live-action films based in the "Star Wars" era.

"But they won't have members of the Skywalker family as characters," he said. "They will be other people of that milieu."

The two extra films will also be made for TV and probably be an hour long each. But, like "Clone Wars," Lucas doesn't know where on TV they will land.

Hello, HBO and Showtime. It may be time to pony up.

I thought he was going to make a prequel TV series.

Just make a Star Wars style GTA game and be done with it.

have you played the battlefront series? i love those games, especially when you can be the team of Jedi's and go around destroying other Jedi's. thats a blast.

is he still going to do that live-action series he was planning on doing? the one about the events that happen between Episodes III and IV? i think that would have a lot of potential since it could probably deal with the Jedi being hunted by the Empire. and they can always bring in Vader for sweeps periods.

Lucas also called Spiderman III "Silly". The man who made Ewoks, Jar Jar and the Cantina Band has the balls to call anything else silly. He should be r@ped w/a plunger handle.
