I think Patrice will just allow the boys to have a week of good shows after today's trainwreck before he comes back and kills.

Patrice & gang WILL be back for more Black Phillip, just not tonight. I will try as hard as I can to get him on the next availible Saturday that works with his sched.

No reason to throw the hate on XM for this [just yet]

As lovely and charming as Black Phillip is, you have to put aside the
free speech is king rhetoric for a spell and realize that maybe this isn't the best time for it.
Sure, it is disappointing, but taking into consideration how tense the Friday show
was [though still brilliant on both sides, all things considered - especially the FreeFm portion]
with the uncertainty looming, throwing the wonderfully brutal Patrice out there
before O/A/J have a chance to get a feel for how things may or may not be now,
might be cutting it a little close.

What a bummer it would also be if the BP Show ended up being
another negative catalyst when this ridiculous witch hunt appears
to be wearing down it's weak little legs.

And mega-thanks to Patrice, yet again, for doing what he does.

Anyone who doesn't agree with the decision (except for the one person who said we should do a Than & Sam show, i like him) have no grasp on what is going on here. Especially those who believe this to be a MISTAKE programming wise. Use your brain.

We get it, but I still hate to see a great show being collateral damage, even temporarily. We know Patrice is controversial, but he is starting to be the go-to guy for a different black view. He's been popping up on a lot of shows recently.

Good for him. Maybe he can add a reality check into the media machine.

Just some clarification, Danny, my earlier remark about cancelling my subscription was not made because I was outraged that you were putting Black Phillip on hiatus, it was really me expressing just how much of a fucking ABORTION the Musical Adventure Hours have been.

Not true, I would LOVE to see those statistics. The fact is that programming centered around Danny simply does not get the numbers that Sam-centered programming does. I didn't ASK to be called Prime Time, it was a name given to me by the people. And for good reason.
