Saturday at 1:00, got through to XM in 30 seconds to finally cancel after being on hold all week. I assume this means everyone who is going to cancel already has. Probably not a good thing that XM didn't buckle and everyone has already cancelled.

At least the call made me feel good after a week of being pissed off. I really nicely gave the guy a piece of mind. I told him XM lied to me for 2 and a half years.

He told me XM had to respond to their May 9th comments because they got complaints. I told him he was lying, that nobody cared about the complaints, and people don't listen to OnA by accident. No one who listens to them woudl be offended by a **** comment.

I feel better now. That'll probably end Monday though as I remember that I have to Fuck around with different feeds at work to listen to 2 hours of radio.

I just download the new shows (*wink*), I can't listen to the feeds live. And for music I just use slacker. It's as if I am getting XM for free. Congrats on finally getting through and canceling. Don't worry, we hit them hard and people are still canceling (just not as fast now).

Buffalo. Double check and make sure they cancelled for real. I had to go and cancel again and found they actually put the radio account on suspension. Some are having to call more than that to get them actually canceled. Seems the people they outsourced the listener care to are making a joke of the whole thing.

I'm in the same boat so I signed up for easynews.com. About 10 bucks a month and all the jacking material I'll ever need. Plus O&A. In fact, even if XM brings the boys back I may just use torrents and tell XM to eat shit.

Suspension or cancel, what is the difference and how can they suspend your account if you ask to cancel it?

If they suspend your account what benefit is it to them, are you still paying and is your xm unit still on?

Im calling again when I get home from work to make sure its cancelled, to be honest I havent turned the thing on since the suspension to even see if its connected.

If they suspend it then you're not being charged but you still count on their books as a sub which means that they can lie to the shareholders much easier. And they're not supposed to suspend you're account if you ask them to cancel it but they are a bunch of devious cocksuckers that lie.

Seems kinda stupid suspending accounts, you can say you have as many subs as you want eventually arent the shareholders going to see by basic math that the amount of money the company made is not equal to the amount of subs the company claims to have?

I just hooked up my XM and saw that my presets are gone and only have the preview channel now so I am figuring it is cancelled finally but now I have about 20 channels and had read that they are doing this to others. Is this making them appear as on the books as a SUB?

Just checked both my radios just now, and the only channels they have on them is the XM preview channel and Emergency alert 247.

I'm also not able to log on and listen online. XM's web site specifically states that I've been cancelled.

And I know I got one of the outsourced call centers, as the savage woman answering the phone sounded like she got a decidedly UNCLIPED savage cock shoved in her mouth on a regular basis.....

Yes they are. Well just gonna enjoy the crappy freebies for a bit until I get a crap load of songs downloaded. Only able so far to download 150 songs and figure in a week I will have more than enough to go without XM forever. Thanks for the info.

I just checked my email and have two from XM asking me not to cancel and the boys will return by a certain date. In a unusual move for me I politely and professionally told them that XM could shove it up their ass.

Don't forget www.slacker.com if you are looking for music, it's better than XM's song selection anyways. But you can only use it on your computer for now. It's cool cause it automatically creates radio stations around a specific band, so if I select The Pixies it plays a bunch of bands fans of The Pixies tend to like.
