Ive been paying my XM on a quarterly basis. My XM payment came due recently, and XM didnt cut off my radio because of their "roll-over policy" to keep your radio on for a certain amount of time, even after payment is due. Ive already called XM once and asked for a cancellation, and (supposedly) got it. XM, however, is STILL calling me, wanting me to pay them the "remaining balance" on my account. Remaining balance I never asked for. XMs billing system sucks a cock anyway, and being pissed off over O&As "suspension" has only made it worse. Anyone got any advice on how to get them to fuck off?
