"I called this meeting to explain why I had to suspend Opie & Anthony. In the good old days, when OnA encountered a street bum they would simply stomp on the scumbag's cake and keep walking. For some reason they decided to turn a homeless piece of shit into a social commentator. They bring this Homeless Charlie mofo into the state-of-the-art studio I built for them and place a live mic in front of his face. Charlie proceeds to do what made him homeless in the first place...he turned into 'take-it-too-far-guy' with his over the top talk about violently fucking the Secretary of State and the First Lady. I recognized the shitstorm created by this incident could endanger our multi billion dollar merger if the media blew it out of proportion. I was confident that if Opie & Anthony issued an immediate perfunctory, half-ass apology and dropped the topic from on-air discussion the bullshit would subside after a couple of days. But did Opie and Anthony follow my instructions?...of course not. They went on the air the next day and continued to pick at the scab. Opie referred to our corporate policies as "stupid company rules". When an employee ridicules me in public it makes me look ridiculous...and a man in my position cannot be made to look RIDICULOUS!"
