I called back today...finally got an American on the phone...apparently the two radios are cancelled, and it wasn't supposed to take more than 30 minutes for the signal to be lost

BUT LO AND BEHOLD...I can still access xm online and both receivers are receiving a signal a few hours later!!!

xm is a fat liar
