I canceled Friday (been busy, didn't have time for the hold times some of you were talking about).
Saturday my radio's still working. I call. After several escalations, I'm finally told that I've been given a credit and my radio is scheduled to be deactivated in late June.
Bull fucking shit.
I want my account erased from their books. You should too. Every one of us that's on their records counts as a sub and makes them look better.
If you canceled, and your radio still works and you think you got away with something - think again. Call back. Escalate. Hurt them.
One sub doesn't do much. But thousands of "one subs" will. Ensure they're not using you to inflate their numbers.
