The guys at XM411 just don't seem to get it. I created a thread w/ the link to my video in it. They are actually defending XM and saying it's a language barrier and XM isn't trying to fraud customers when canceling

They are worried about loosing there precious Music channels.

Try posting links to www.slacker.com be more effective, when they figure out the music channels Suck on XM, compared to this new service.

Ya know, the 'language barrier' defense is a pretty shitty one, because it's not exactly a good thing when you have people whose jobs are to speak English with subscribers who also speak English and they can't do so.

Has anyone gotten through to someone at XM who actually speaks English well?

I'm thinking about calling repeatedly and hanging up every time I hear "dibble dabble, good day my friend," until I get someone who is native English speaker.

Theres a direct line to the washington office, but I wanted to go at it like "joe XM subscriber" and film the shit MOST of XM subscribers have to deal with.

I got a guy who spoke perfect English. Guess I'm lucky.

As for XM411 not getting it, they're fanboys. Nothing will ever make them go against XM. I posted the O&A stuff on a few gun related boards I frequent, and none of them got it either. It's like these people only can "get" one issue at a time. Oh well.

He runs ads on 202, and then pulled them when the boys got suspended. (http://www.wackbag.com/showthread.php?t=68026) His personal van has giant O&A "cartoon characters" painted on the sides...

Just because Ziggy is an O&A fan, doesn't mean that everyone who posts on XM411 are. That's an XM message board, not an O&A board.

XM411, for the most part, is the investor board more than anything else. Most of those rubes over there are the guys that invest and lose money with XM. They will always side with the company. Ziggy, on the other hand, rules!

I totally agree that most of the people on XM411 are big XM fans by far before they are O&A fans if at all. They are completely entitled to their opinion. Just because I happen to own that board, It would be wrong for me to tell them to have the same opinions I/we do. I'm doing my part without shitting on other's points of view - that's what this fight is all about.

Welcome to the nightmare fight we're having over on XMFan.com. There are TWO posters who, if you read their posts and history, admit to having closer than normal ties to XM employees, but then go on to boards acting like "just regular listeners" and oppossing any cancellation talk. And one of them seems to be buddies with the site admin, so matter how much he trolls....he gets a free pass.

How can they use the language barrier as an excuse.
If you say "cancel my account right now", I am sure they know what that means. They all speak English to some extent, and I am sure they know what that means. The language barrier is a really pathetic excuse.
