The show was originally made as shorts for Ampd mobile phones. Another boneheaded program decision by Comedy Central that I'm sure Jim Norton won't approve of.

I saw three seconds of a commercial for this show and instantly changed the channel. The show they did about Bush a while ago failed miserably, so why would this work? Oh yeah, it's a cartoon!

That's My Bush wasn't a failure, it did really well and it was pretty funny. It was pulled after 9/11 for fairly obvious reasons. But for Bush's first year, none of us were anywhere near as high strung or politically divided as we are now, so it was a much less political show.
The Li'l Bush shorts are old and unfunny. Why are they showing up NOW? Bush bashing isn't funny.

Yeah, it was pretty funny. It wasn't even political at all. They planned on doing the show with whoever won the election. The dinner with the Pro-Choice group and the fetuses was great. The show just cost too much for Comedy Central to keep making because it used actors isntead of cartoons.

The show began in Spring of 2000. What are you talking about? Matt and Trey said they cancelled the show because it cost nearly a million dollars an episode and the ratings it was getting wasn't earning the show its keep.

I am a big fan of Bush bashing. Not all becuase I think he is doing a shitty job, but just becuase he is a president in general and also he comes off kinda brain damaged.
But this show is crap. I like comedy and there are plenty of stand up acts I can't stand. It all comes down to quality.
Comedy central (for the most part) is shit.

Hated the Cheney character, seems like a Kenny / Boomhauer rip off. The show wasn't as awful as I thought it would be though. I won't watch it again, but it wasn't abysmal.

Is there really anything remotely entertaining on Comedy Central anymore (besides South Park)? I mean, Daily Show and Colbert Report are pretty good. But I gave Sarah Silverman a shot, and just found her extremely obnoxious. I can't stand David Spade...why not just sit Kevin Nealon right next to him...and you've got exactly what Comedy Central copied (hoo...hoo) off of...David's Hollywood Minute bit he did on Weekend Update. Reno 911 was good the first few seasons and is still slightly tolerable. Lil' Bush is horrid (can't wait for Lil' Hillary!). I'd sit thru a MadTV marathon than watch that drivel.
But no, I didn't like Lil' Bush.

Daily show now and then, Colbert report always (although I don't watch it all the time) and South Park (I watch every episode) are it.
The rest of he time I just wish tey would die.
Oh and sometimes they play a little stand up from Vos or Mitch Hedberg or someone, but I've already seen all of that so even that stuff usually isn't redeeming.

You got South Park, you got Colbert. And that's it. Daily Show "jumped the shark" (yeah, I know, that's a cliched expression by now, just bear with me) a long time back. Now it's pretty much just Jon Stewart making goofy faces and the same tired humor, that the audience howls at like jackals because it fits in somehow with their personal political ideology.
I saw the pilot after watching Drawn Together on Demand. This show sucks Flea's balls. Who the fuck would find this show entertaining!?!?!?!?!?!

REALLY Miss Stella (again, another one season show, kind of a modern Three's Company with three keys from The State, fucking laugh-your-ball-off hilarious. Such a surreal show. I own the DVD)
Love South Park, Daily, Colbert. Like Drawn Together enough, Sarah Silverman had funny moments.
But, and don't get me wrong, I liked Tough Crowd, but to say "it didn't have a chance?" It was on the air every night for two fucking years.
