I got one of these ultra fancy plastic tongue scrapers in my to-go bag at my last dentist visit and I don't know how I lived without it. It's gross to inspect after using, but at least I know I'm ridding my body of that crap. Any other clean freaks share this love?

A tongue scraper? Why would you waste money on something like that when you can just use your toothbrush? :P I brush my tongue, rinse and brush again.

You don't need a fancy device

Dude, first of all like he said, the dentist gives it to you for free. Secondly, I have never bought one, but by looking at it it can't cost more then .99 cents.

I don't use one, but I brush my entire tongue for like a minute straight every morning in between coughing and gagging.

It is very uncomfortable and I don't like it, but the stuff I cough up and spit out makes me happy I do it.

I vigorously brush my tongue every morning and I have a plastic tongue scraper as well. The dentist gives me a new one every visit. Simby is right, those things are wicked sweet!

It is amazing the crap that comes off of there and that's on a regular day. After a night out drinking, it gets worse. If you don't have one and just feel like making fun of it, fine. Have fun. You're missing out on something special.

Exactly. The ridiculously simple piece of plastic picks up crap you're not getting with your toothbrush. Maybe you're moving it around but that's kind of nasty.

Usually use my rectum while asleep. Atleast that is what I think causes my bad morning breath.

EXACTLY. I brush my tongue EVERY TIME I brush. If you have bad breath this is an easy fix. (Not that I ever had any) ;)

If you're thorough with the brush, you don't need it. If you hand gets tired though, this does does cover more surface with less effort, so I can see why some prefer it.

Either way, BRUSH YOUR TONGUE!

Hmm, maybe I should do a podcast about New York radio.... :D

Try it and you'll see the difference. If you've used one just one time, you'll see it. It's disgusting, but the scraper gets more.
