Some great deals can be had. but the kicker is they only sell product untill it is sold out try and grab when it comes up the Bag "o" Woot sometimes a dollar sometimes more....So check back often cause things can change by the hour or by 15 minutes. Yes sometimes $1 -100 dollars, people have gotten dvd camcorders, lcd tv's, to a woot monkey. it is always worth more than what you pay for. Bandoleer of Carrots rules in woot offs I know peeps at the woot message boards thats all they wait for.

They were going for more than double everywhere else, even on Ebay, though Buy.com now has it at $139. Woot sold over 8000 of these, so I don't doubt you'll see a decent amount on Ebay soon.

Bluetooth (pair to cellphone) or WiFi. Linux-based (Debian), music, video, full browser, flash, javascript, etc. My PDA is getting old and this does everything I would use it for plus more.

I can pair it to my existing cell phone for net access via bluetooth where I don't have a WiFi signal. I've got WiFi at home and at virtually all my clients, plus I usually have a spare router/access point in my car. As for public access, Panera and the Apple stores have open access, and there is always the paid route (Starbuck, McD's, etc.) if I'm really stuck.

The only thing that sucks is I have to pay extra to use my phone as a modem (Sprint). My previous phone didn't have the feature that lets them determine if the data access is via the internal browser or apps, or being used by a paired device (computer, pda), so I didn't have to pay extra for unlimited data. On some phones that have this feature, there is a way to disable it.
