91% on rotten tomatoes. 62 out of 68 are "fresh" reviews. Most of the ones Ive read say its one of the funniest movies in a while. Much better then 40 y/o Virgin which I really liked but thought could be alot better.
Im getting stoned and going to the 1st showing tomorrow with some friends.

LOVED! The 40-Year Old Virgin, so this should be awesome too.

Loved 40 Y/O Virgin and love Katherine Heigl so this one's a no-brainer. Just not right away. Let all the assholes see it this weekend and I'll go one weeknight in a few weeks when it's empty.

I laughed really hard at a bunch of things but like the 40 y/o Virgin, it was about 30 mins longer then it needed to be. The middle-end part really dragged.

Saw it this morning, funny as hell, better than 40 Year Old Virgin. It's the perfect hybrid of guy stoner flick and girl romantic comedy. Hell I sat behind the golden girls and they were laughing the whole time. Damn near perfect.

Another great Apatow movie, I love Anchorman, 40 YOV and Knocked Up was great. Paul Rudd is the man. Superbad looks funny as hell.

I saw it yesterday with my wife. Very funny. Like Redding said, it had the same feel as The 40 Year Old Virgin. I'd recommend it.

I was disappointed in this one, I felt they went soft way too early in this movie. I laughed constantly for the first hour and then for the next hour I just wanted it to end already. Katherine Heigl was hotter than she has ever been in it though.

That Michael Cera getting fired clip was great, I thought his takes were shit and he wouldn't have been good for this style of comedy.

I was a little disappointed too considering it was from Judd Apatow. It was funny, but not as funny as it has been hyped to be. I liked Freaks and Geeks, undeclared, and 40 year old virgin all better than this one. Actually watched the whole season of undeclared last Saturday, awesome show that was ended way too early.

Superbad looks great, written by Seth Rogen(lead character in knocked up) and produced by Apatow..here is the "red-band" trailer for it..

It got such good reviews, I thought it would be better. It was ok, but far from the comedy of the season.

I will say this, the shrooms bit was perfect, they really nailed it.

No its more like a joke reel for the dvd. It was always Seth Rogan in the lead even before Kathrine was cast ,she was actually a replacement for Anne Hathaway who left the film cause of creative differences. Apatow produced and Seth Rogan wrote Superbad, this Kid is the star of that film and they filmed both films at the same time. its justaova joke

When it was funny, it was hysterical. But as many noted above, it was way too long, and there were parts where it was downright annoying to watch.

My bro in law and I thought that Rudd's wife (Aptow's wfie in real life) was an upber-Cunt in the movie, my chick and sis-in-law thought she was just unhappy and misunderstood. Translation: Chick Flick with (very good) dick jokes. Definitely worth a rental.
