I want a Soundboard for my Cell Phone? Just me?

I love the soundboard when the guys use it. How great would it be to have something like that on your cell phone? Is there away? I would love to me talking to a friend, and he says a dumb joke, then I'll press a number key (let's say 5) and it plays the famous cricket sound. If I say something dumb I can press a number and her Imus say "I'm sorry I did that".
Would anyone else like this? It could be just my dumb ass. I have loaded my cell with some great sound clips but it's not the same at all.

Not talking about RINGTONES, I want to press a button and play it for people I am talking to
