WYSP playing O&A from 1-3: 7/9 - 7/13

Just got word that WYSP in Philly will be playing O&A from 1-3(matt and huggy are on vacation) in the afternoon until 7/13 starting monday.

Well as of next Wed. Matt and I are off because of my wedding. And then the following week are off because of the honeymoon. And no Matt and I are not going on the honeymoon together hahahaha. I think we'll be in best of the week of the wedding...but i dont know what's happening the week of the honeymoon, I think they are planning on replaying old O&A shows...at first we thought they were gonna bring in new people and I was like fuck that! I'll call the wedding off! Anyway...just a little update.

MH will be off the air from 9th through the 13th as the station wants to use that time to promote o-n-a to new listeners in a different time slot and build up our morning listeners for people to shake the preston and please show...

I wonder who gets to select those shows. I'm sure there are shows that O&A would prefer to have played and, conversely, would prefer never to see the light of day ever again. I also wonder whether, if WYSP plays something that is "objectionable", the boys would be held responsible by their terrestrial management if they didn't make the choice. Of course, they *shouldn't* be responsible for some old, formerly okay piece of audio that they didn't ask to be replayed, but in this climate, who the heck knows? {Prof. Jonathan, aka Quexul}

Good. The radio silence has sucked. It also sucks that KRock's stream of the show is chopped up. There is probably 45 minutes of current show for the entire three hours.

I used to see WOW bumper stickers all the time here in the Philly area. YSP should just be giving these away at ANY event. Just flood the market with WOW stickers.. I still see the original ones floating around once in awhile. Usually on the back of some beater delivery/food service truck.

I've never seen a billboard advertising O&A in Philly. YSP had David Lee Roth's face plastered all over town when he took over. I don't know what the problem is, maybe they don't like the boys. There have also been ads around town for Kidd Chris, and his show is nowhere as good as O&A. Even Whoppi Goldberg had billlboards.
