MS is getting sued for the 360 eating discs and Epic is being sued because their licensed engine isn't working as promised.

my brothers 360 ate his Guitar hero 2 like 3 weeks after he bought the game.... if it wouldve eaten his rainbow 6 vegas I wouldve kicked a puppy to death.

The cradle for the DVD allows it too much sway and as a result it can easily be jarred into the tray while it's spinning causing scratches.

I've been through 3 oblivion discs so far, the tray definitely has way too much play.

You have to go nowhere near your xbox when it is playing a game. Its a huge development flaw. They really screwed the pooch on that one. I haven't have a problem with any of my games since I got my new XBOX about eh 7 months ago I believe.
