JESSICA KRANT, M.D., M.P.H.
Jessica J. Krant, M.D., M.P.H., is a Board Certified dermatologist specializing in Mohs micrographic surgery and cutaneous oncology. After graduating from Harvard College magna cum laude, Dr. Krant attended Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons, where she graduated with Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Society Honors, receiving both an M.D. and M.P.H. degree.
Dr. Krant completed her medicine internship at Lenox Hill Hospital and dermatology residency at SUNY Downstate Medical Center. After completing formal American College of Mohs Micrographic Surgery and Cutaneous Oncology (ACMMSCO) fellowship training, she is now a member of the American College of Mohs Micrographic Surgery and Cutaneous Oncology.

Dr. Krant is a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology (AAD), a diplomate of the American Board of Dermatology, and a member of the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery. She also holds the position of Alternate Delegate to the American Medical Association for the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery. She has been asked to participate annually in the AAD's Washington Conference, during which invited dermatologists lobby Congress for health care and malpractice reform. Dr. Krant has also been honored with a nomination and invitation to attend the AAD's third annual Leadership Forum, at which a select number of promising dermatologists train with leaders in the field, to advance the specialty.
In addition to her work in private practice, Dr. Krant teaches on the faculty at her alma mater, SUNY Downstate in Brooklyn, where she is Assistant Clinical Professor of Dermatology. Dr. Krant has authored textbook chapters as well as journal articles for publication, has consulted for industry, and has presented at medical conferences.
Dr. Krant sees general and cosmetic dermatology patients in addition to referrals for Mohs surgery.
