I have been listening to Dave since he first joined the show and even know I believe the show has been much better since he has been on, he kills me with how he paints a picture of the Jersey Shore person. We all have to remember that Jersey has great food because it sits right in-between NY and Philly it has the a taste of both worlds. I grew up in Brick and Toms River and I wasn't such a Jersey Shore Rube as Dave and I hate when Ron equates us all to that.
#1 Wonder Bread: Who the fuck eats that shit over the age of 10? We have so much to choose from. Rye, wheat, Italian, etc. I can understand eating peanut butter and jelly on white bread, but WTF?
#2 No such thing as a fish sandwich: This is right after he told us he eats a tuna sandwich with no mayo. What is it Dave, fish or no fish?
#3 A sandwich has to have something between the bread like bologna: Who in the hell eats that shit? I stopped eating bologna 5 years before I stopped eating Wonder Bread. not to steal a line but no wonder you eat shit. Bologna and cheese, dry on wonder bread, that is eating. Let me give you one more thing to digest, a .45acp round.
#4 A sandwich has to fit into a lunchbox: What about sub sandwiches, aka subs, hoagies and hero's? These can get quite large Dave but you probably like your Bologna sub on wonder bread. I want to hang myself. With all the sandwich shops, sub places, delis, and diners in the Jersey shore, makes me wonder if you have ever been out of your mothers house in Spring Lake. Here http://www.menuism.com/cities/US/NC/Spring+Lake/tags/Deli get out of the house. No wonder there is two subways in Spring Lake. I bet Dave loves his subway.
#5 Dave: I delivered flowers in Brick once, it's not really a nice place. (reference from some time ago) Brick is like 2 towns away from Spring Lake Dave wtf??????? this comment was in reference to Brick being named the country's safest town. Off the record it is because the town is mobbed up. anyway Dave I am sorry we don't live behind the glorious walls of Utopia Spring Lake a town the size of a postage stamp with million dollar homes. maybe if your parents would spring for some good food you would have to live in a lesser lap of luxury. by the way Spring Lake is crap compared to Rumson NJ.
#6 Monmouth University: Please stop claiming this school. I know many people who been to this school who are normal competent people including my wife. I know you went there for communications but every time you speak you do a disservice to this fine University and all the good people who went there.
Ron please stop comparing us to him. We are not perfect but Dave can not be the speaker for all of us. We don't fit under the banner Dave painted for us. The Jersey Shore is a cornucopia of great food, a menagerie of sort. Italian, German, Jewish Polish you name it. There are so many places he could have eaten like a king withing a 30 mile radius, no problem.
