making a soundboard

does anyone know how to make a soundboard? I want to create one using the psyco ex girlfriend audio but I have no clue how to start. could someone help me with this?

Pretty sure you need Flash, or a similar prog.

If you have Flash here's a tutorial:

If not you could probably do it with html, but you would still need a graphics program to make the buttons.
