For as little as $20 a month, customers of the confidentialaccess.com (http://www.confidentialaccess.com/) Web site can make the credit ratings (javascript:siteSearch('credit ratings');) of people they dislike plummet, and even have them suspected of fraud.

I agree. Plus, even if it were real you yourself would be in deep shit for using this company on someone. At the very least you would get sued and at worst would get charged with a crime.
