From when I was about 350 at the egg nog last year I bulked up to about 379.. ....

And now the 1st 100 pounds off I put on the same 3xl wackbag shirt as back then fits like a dress now....

No fat smash diet, or any other diet thing , I cut out soda, snacks, eat 3 small meals a day...and walk 8 miles 3-4 days a week...I might even join a gym and start cycling again...

That was the point my dad died young and when I was at my sons graduation huffing and puffing up a small hill..I figured I wanted to stick around a bit longer...Plus my Son wants to enter the eggnog challenge as a father son thing....And thanks for the words from all..I didn't post to be a attention whore even though it looks like that....Just have been busy and not on the computer as much as I have been
