Fez in the movies

While watching "muppets from space" over the weekend (fu I have a kid), it occurs to me that the evil Dr. Phil Von Neuter sounds a lot like Fez. Anyone else notice this?

That was Andy Dick. I guess they sound a little a like but I fucking hate Andy Dick so I don't like to compare him and Fez. Besides Fez is really funny.
