It has been raining for well over 24 hours. Some times very heavy and my garage tends to flood. So she is going out for the day and was taking my car. She sees the garage is flooding and takes our van out of the garage and puts it by the back deck, in the grass, over my septic tank.

She did not want the kids to go dragging through the 2 inches of rain the garage.

Well I am not waiting for the FUCKING tow truck to come and tow me out of the FUCKING mud. Four kids loaded in the car ready to go to a b-day party.

What the fuck was she thinking.

4 wheel drive isn't just for snow and ice. And probably would have left no ruts. More torque on 4 wheels, is better than high rpm's on 2.

A quick update .;.... van stuck in mud in my yard. Van towed and two major ruts were left. My buddy and his wife came over to visit yesterday.

They were leaving and she tripped in one of the ruts and broke her ankle.

I've been fixing damage to part of our front yard for over a year that is largely from someone parking there during a huge rainstorm and getting stuck. I got it pretty much smoothed out now and it doesn't seem to be washing out anymore. I just gotta get some sod to throw down since I can't seem to get grass to grow any other way.
