Every morning this bike is parked in the exercise room of my office building with all kinds of towels, shirts, jackets, etc drapped over it. Is it a homeless person hiding out in the building? Or someone who empties their dresser drawer on the bike before riding it to work? What do you think?

Probably rides to work in one set of clothes and then changes into more appropriate office attire at work

Leave a steamer in one of the pockets and see how long it takes for this not to happen again.
He's saving money by drying his clothes on the way to and during work?

I'm gonna say they're drying the sweaty clothes they wore when they biked in to work, and change in the locker room. My 'rents have a friend that bikes to his job in NYC and has a membership at the gym next to his office building so he has a place to shower, change, and store his bike.
