For anyone who cares or was thinking of trying it, it works. I've dropped 10 lbs in the last month that I started taking it (only 30 more to go). I didn't order the exrtavagent package online, the carbspa, lipospa, fatspa, gutspa, etc. I'm too cheap to do that. Just a bottle at a time will do you. No ridiculous diet is needed; just be reasonable. Drink liquor instead of beer, and don't get stoned and pound down a whole pizza or anything like that. And mix in at least a little excersise. I'm no expert, and I'm still pretty much a fat pig; I just wanted to drop a line to any of you lards who trying to do something about your appearance, as I am. I gotta get a date for my buddy's wedding coming up in June, so it's crunch time.

You can get it with ephedra or without. I'm taking it with ephedra, but the dosage is lower than most other supplements. I mean it's not dangerous like Xenadrine is.

Just start a Heroine Addiction it's better for you than EPHEDRA..

Just joking...

Isn't Trimpspa like 100 bucks a bottle?

Why don't you just eat better? It probably wouldn't kill you to do some exercise every now and again too. :)

I think I did a trimspa thread a while ago:confused: But anyway I stopped taking it b/c it wasn't working for me, I go to the gym four times a week and even though I am against it I started taking Xenafource (xenadrine no longer makes an ephedra pill).

I also changed my diet....slowly. And no longer crave fatty stuff on a regular basis. I find that the gym is the total and complete answer to loosing weight and feeling good. I have lost a total of around ten pound's in three weeks of the gym and taking xenafource. However I know i've gained muscle mass, and muscle weights a lot.

You can't just take a bunch of pills to knock weight off, and there is always enough time to work out despite what some people say.

However that's great about loosing some pounds, but if you don't work out those lost pounds are comming out of muscle mass and fat as well, loosing your crave for food and not working out= muscle loss first. It's your body's natural reaction when less food is brought into the system, it learns to store fat and "eat away" at muscle that isn't being used.

(btw i'm not talking out my ass and making things up, in high school I had a 'lil problem...I'm a bit obsessive compulsive and let's just say I used to work out twice a day everyday...I took ripped fuel allong with creatine and androplex (has steroid effect), I also took riddelin to loose weight and have energy to lift)

A reoccurring ulcer has worked for me. I lost 35 lbs after my dad died. But then I became anemic.I was an unhealthy 118lbs.Now I lift weights, use an excercise ball, and hit the heavy bag.And it only takes 5 days a week, 15-60 minutes a week to do it.

I take Xenadrine and its ephedra free, but it still kinda makes me feel a bit high, but when I remember to take it, I'm NEVER hungry!

Yeah I got the working out part down. It was always the cravings that held me up. But now the spa pills help me keep my piehole shut more, so I don't ruin the progress I make from lifting and doing cardio.

I was 325lbs at my fattest when I got a weird kind of break. My crappy diet gave me gallstones.(I was only 28 y/o!) They got so bad that if I ate anything fatty or greasy I'd be up all night with crippling pain, so I was forced to eat small lowfat meals. As I started losing weight I had more energy and was able to start exercising. I ended up at 185lbs. Last year I had to have my gallbladder removed because it was so badly damaged. Now I can eat any thing without pain, but I'm so used to eating well I don't even miss the crap anymore. I asked the surgeon if I could have the gallstones to remind me of what I used to be like but he wouldn't give them to me. I still keep old pictures of myself around to look at when I feel like eating junk. This was my first post here, sorry it's so long.

Has anyone tried or thought about the Atkins diet? I know its a bit dangerous but dont go for a long time...

This kid I work with went for 5 days and lost 13 pounds, he wanted to go a whole week but gave in to a bottle of peanut butter his room mate left on the table...Hes gonna try it again after his exams (it makes you feel tired at first)

Im gonna give it a try for a week or so this summer and try to burn some of this man fat off.

I've seen people slim down on Atkins, but from what I've heard, you can easily gain it right back. Problem is, you're starving your body of carbs so once you eat them again, even if it isn't much, your body holds on to those carbs extra long and you easily gain the weight back.

Another problems with ATKINS is if you take in enough FIBER so you can S*hit out all that fat and protein will lead to a higher rate of COLON cancer.

Plus if you take in too many carbs right away after hitting your goal weight can cause an heart attack.

You could litterly kill someone by giving them a JOLT COLA if they have been on ATKINS for a long enough time.

A guy I worked with lost 20 pounds in 3 weeks.

He went out for a RIB dinner and after dinner he felt his heart racing.. The BBQ sauce has sugar in it.

You have to do things in Moderation and it will work like any diet.

Most people think oh good I can eat all the BEEF I want let me have 20 hamburgers with no bun.

I was going to try Atkins too, but it seems too harsh...you're barely even allowed to have vegetables....that can't be healthy!

Starting Monday, its diet and the gym for me! And I'm not even fat LOL so I'll be all good by bathing suit time!
