Finally caught this on DVD. It's OK, but not nearly his funniest movie. Aside from the profanity it didn't really feel like a Kevin Smith movie. Dude from "The Office" is fucking hysterical. Jimmy only had 1 line in the movies but has some good scenes in the outtakes and deleted scenes.

I got that feeling too. I thought it was funny, but it felt more like a Seth Rogan movie than a Kevin Smith film.

You can't argue with "Revenge of the Shit: The All Anal Final Chapter," though. Hysterical.

I saw it when it was in the theater. I went with my wife. It's not the strongest film Kevin Smith made, but we liked it. It was surprisingly romantic (no homo) and my wife actually cried at one point. And yeah, Elizabeth Banks is probably in the top 5 of hot actresses in the movies today. Supposedly she was going to get naked in the movie but Smith decided against it.

Fine, I guess, but she had very little screen time anyway (Supposedly there's like an hour and half of deleted/extended scenes on the DVD so maybe there's more of her there). She's definately losing her looks though.

saw it last night, i was loving it all the way to when they actually starting filming the porno. then it just turned into mallrats or chasing amy or any other kevin smith comedy where the guy has to realize finally what hes been wanting has been in front of him the whole time (bleech). Then comes emotional crap scene, then they are together. yay everything turns up roses in the end. Katie and Jason were fucking hysterical, literally

This movie totally sucked. The way the boys talked it up, I was expecting this great comedy. There were a couple of laughs but the last 45 minutes of it was terrible.
They said thaT Knocked up was too much of a chick flick and the fact that Heigl wouldnt show her tits during sex ruined it. This was just as much of a chick story and Elizabeth Banks fucked with her whole outfit on. I hate when they play up a movie just because of some tie in to the show. Honestly my ass.
