So, I decided to go out for drive to listen to some music that finished making and I somehow wound up in a shitty little town called Seville. Just a couple of blocks into the city, it was apparent to me that the cops in that town had nothing better to do than follow my car ALL THE WAY THROUGH THE CITY. After I reached the city limits he decided to turn around. I wasn't speeding (he totally came up on the radar) and I don't think I would be classified as "suspicious."
Is this harassment? He was clearly following me to just to be a dick.

How are you certain that he followed you? Did you make a bunch of turns or were you just passing through town? He might have just been doing his normal patrol.
A few years ago I was coming back from Ocean City, NJ and decided to just take a drive and go out of my way on a bunch of back roads instead of the highway/expressway because I had nothing better to do. I was passing through Tuckerton, a more-northern shore town that I've been to many times to go fishing. Anyhow, I was heading north on Route 9 (runs along the coast in NJ), and I got to the main intersection in the town and turned onto Rt. 539 North (really runs NW). Anyhow, I saw the patrol car sitting in the parking lot of the gas station at the corner. After the light turned green and I made the turn, he pulled out and followed me. He was right behind me for about 15 miles, close but not tailgating me. I set the cruise control (once you're out of town it's a desolate road) so I could keep my speed right on the money, giving him no excuse to pull me over. He did a U-turn when I reached the next highway that I had to take. He may have just been doing his normal patrol. He may have been following me because I was from PA, or maybe he was making sure I wasn't a drunk, etc. I am pretty sure he ran my plate when he was behind me.
I'm sure they patrol that road, because it's like 12 miles of NOTHING once you get out of town before you see another road. It'd be a real shitty place to break down or have any other kind of trouble. I didn't even have signal on the cell phone last time I drove that stretch of road.

I was just passing through. I am 100% certain that he was following me because he was going the other direction and made a U-turn to follow my car... pretty closely.

Ive got two tickets in 18 years of driving and they were both in rinky dink mile long towns. with speed traps set up, i guess the bored son bitches got nothing better to do, and its probably the towns whole revenue.
P.S I got pulled over 9:00pm on rt 130 in Haddon Heights, my radar never went off so i asked why i was pulled over, the cop replied we pull over alot of single white males headed this way, i said why? he said "were you going to buy drugs in Camden?" i said no. "NOW THATS HARRASSMENT" my cousin said if i would have filed a compliant i coulda got 5000.00 wich is standard payout for harrassment in his town.
P.S I had a beer between my legs and was racing a Stange, so i kinda backed off the harrassment angle, :pp:

Holy @#%$. I drive through that town on my way to class twice a week. There is absolutely nothing in that town. I think they get bored alot because I always see them parked in the same spots. There's one always parked in the parking lot next to the 224 turn off.
I've actually had that same experience. I was in Medina and a cop followed me for 40 minutes until I got in a lane to turn left and he was behind me. A semi was making a wide turn so I was stuck in between the cop and the front of the semi. The cop had to reverse and turn around so we could make room for the semi to turn. If that semi would not have turned, I think the cop would have followed me for longer.
Honestly, I think cops in this area have too much damn time on their hands. I never see anyone pulled over and I always see those damn cops parked at gas stations, eating and whatnot.

I used to live in Medina... right by the high school. I was through there a few weeks ago visiting a buddy of mine and we decided to meet up at O'Malleys... or whatever it's called now. (It used to be Gibby's when I lived there.) We went to this strip club in Brunswick and just got wrecked. I was actually able to piss in the urinal, so naturally, I had to drive home. A cop pulled out after me at Fenn Rd. and followed me all the way through Medina and finally busted a u-turn and left me alone. It woulda been an easy DUI if he felt like being a total dick.
Now I live in Kent, where the cops pull everyone over for any reason. The other night, I got pulled over for following someone too closely. The closest car to me was a van about 40 feet ahead. The cop just felt like being an asshole. He tried writing me a ticket and I told him, "I will fight this, so I hope you have no problems taking that tape outta your camera and bringing it to court to prove me wrong." He told me to "get the fuck outta here, smartass." Fuckin' prick. I hate cops.

Did the cop look like Brian Denehey?
Your lucky you didn't stop for a bite to eat, because he would have offered to escort you to the edge of town, then if you turned around, he would have arrested you for vagrancy, resisting arrest and carrying a concealed weapon.
If anyone knows what I'm talking about, god bless you.
