The release to DVD is out on the 27th, but lets just say that it's "out" right now. I just finished watching and damn... It really reminded me how much I missed Futurama. I personally loved it. It has all your original characters from the show and it also has the side characters that have been apart of the Futurama cast before.

I'll def buy it when it comes out, it's worth a buy IMO. Liddy, I know you're going to read this topic, I strongly recommend watching this... I'll say it one more time, it really makes you realize how much you miss Futurama.


Not to spoil, but I didn't expect the movie to end like that.

It's fuckin' great. It's not only a great movie, but it has the Futurama fan in mind the whole time. The movie contains references to so many episodes. If you're a fan of the show, you're going to love this.

And watch it as the movie. The credits say this movie is episodes 1-4 of season 5, so they're going to break it up into four shows on comedy central. So watch it before it's bastardized with edits for time and commercials.

I thought it was pretty good. The callbacks were nice. Though I figured out the twist 2/3 of the way through.

diggin it in a big big way. The Call backs were a little thick but when you are rolling back in town after a few years you have to call up all the old friends. perfectly futurama. the extras are pretty cool. anyone watch the entire hypnotoad episode? release date for the next one?

Futurama has a great ability to be incredibly heartfelt without it seeming overly sappy. I liked the callbacks.

I fucking loved it. It was definitely a movie meant for the fans. The story was actually really great, too. It wasn't all just callbacks and inside jokes. And on the plus side, you gotta love FOX bashing.
