Agreed that FoundryMusic.com is as easy to navigate as a dinghy in a hurricane, but here's the file in easy-to-do right-click save-as format:

That's all nice and stuff, but it's in a compressed format. I guess that's ok, but i would rather work with an uncompressed file. Oh well, I didn't want to waste my time on this anyway.

EDIT* and that's after you find a way to convert it. You can't just drop that into after effects.
